Youth Choir Supports Interfaith Harmony at US Events

Clifton, United States – Two UPF-USA events in New Jersey celebrated interfaith harmony in the month of February; both were embellished by musical harmony provided by an enthusiastic youth choir.
Mr. Fortune Winter, the newly appointed secretary general of UPF-USA, was the keynote speaker at an event in Clifton, New Jersey on February 21, 2026, focused on interfaith cooperation and religious freedom. Mr. Barry Geller, the UPF regional director, presented six Ambassador for Peace commissions at the event.
Highlighting the role of music and art in bringing people together, Dr. David Eaton, global director of the International Association of Arts and Culture for Peace (IAACP), offered remarks about the vision and activities of this association. Dr. Eaton also led the Peace Starts With Me choir from Elizabeth, New Jersey in several songs, including one of his original songs, “On the Peace Road.” He also shared a music video of his interfaith concert with Israeli singer-songwriter and ambassador for peace Mr. David D’Or.
Additionally, Dr. Eaton made an IAACP presentation and led the Peace Stats With Me choir in a performance at a UPF Interfaith program in Elizabeth, New Jersey on February 7, 2026, to mark World Interfaith Harmony Week.
