Young Indonesians Participate in Leadership Program

Indonesia-2016-06-12-Young Indonesians Participate in Leadership Program

Jakarta, Indonesia—UPF-Indonesia organized a leadership training program on “Peace and Unification” for Indonesian youth from June 6 to 12, 2016 in Jakarta.

Over the seven days, the participants learned about the teachings of UPF founders, Rev. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon; visited Indonesia’s national monument and other sites; and enjoyed sports activities. Also during the program, members of the Asian Leadership Training, who are Youth Ambassadors for Peace, shared their experiences, which inspired many of the participants.

In her reflection on the training, one participant said, “[This program was] wonderful! I learned [how] I can become a better person.”
