Pskov, Russia—Volunteers of UPF planted trees in a residential neighborhood in solidarity with the All-Russia ecological project "Green Spring.”
Actions of cleaning and gardening took place all over the country on April 22, 2017, within the framework of "Green Spring.”
The Northwest Russia chapter of the Universal Peace Federation, together with the Pskov club "Growing Together," joined this wonderful initiative. They decided to beautify one of Pskov’s neighborhoods by planting some trees in the courtyards of apartment buildings.
Despite the bad weather, the volunteers planted 13 trees. During the two days of the action, nine people participated.
