Voronezh, Russia—UPF held an instructional meeting for volunteers and students about the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
Thirty participants attended the meeting held on November 3, 2022, at the Voronezh Regional Scientific Library.
Russia is one of 193 UN member countries that adopted the resolution "Transforming Our World: The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" in 2015. At the moment, the national projects of the Russian Federation are formulated taking into account the national development goals of the Russian Federation until 2030.
This was discussed at the meeting, where a video about the SDGs was shown. After that, the students performed interactive tasks on the Sustainable Development Goals.
