UPF Chapters Promote World Interfaith Harmony Week

World Interfaith Harmony Week was proclaimed by UN General Assembly Resolution A/65/PV.34 (starts on page 22) and “Encourages all states to support, on a voluntary basis, the spread of the message of interfaith harmony and goodwill in the world’s churches, mosques, synagogues, temples and other places of worship during that week....” UPF chapters participated in the week-long initiative, a few of our chapters are reported here: Reports from Barbados, Canada (Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto), Cote d'Ivoire (Grand Bassam, Yamoussoukro), Germany (Munich, Stuttgart), India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Moldova, Russia (Kondopoga, Moscow tournament, Moscow forum, Novosibirsk, Yekaterinburg), Slovakia, Solomon Islands, St. Lucia, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Washington DC, USA.
