UPF-Hungary Hosts "Voices of Peace" Lecture Series

Budapest, Hungary—The first part of the UPF online lecture series "The Voice of Peace" dealt with the topic of loneliness.

The lecture "Atomized Society, Loneliness … " was held on February 16, 2023. A total of 18 people, including Ambassadors for Peace and new visitors, attended the program.

“The Voice of Peace” lecture series is based on the Peace Principles on which a harmonious world can be built. These are the principles taught by UPF founders Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon and his wife, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon.

Erzsébet Tomka Sturmné, the president of UPF-Hungary, moderated the program.

In a friendly atmosphere, UPF-Hungary Secretary General Péter Mészáros gave a high-quality presentation followed by a discussion.

The program closed with music. The presentation was a good opportunity to discuss loneliness as an important social problem.

UPF-Hungary plans to organize similar online programs on a monthly basis on other important issues affecting our society.
