UPF-Congo Delegation Meets President Nguesso

Oyo, Congo - Six UPF delegates from Congo-Brazzaville — Michel Annulé Ndolo, Dr. Julien Francis Moufonda, Isidore Moudiongui, Rock Gamio, Toshiaki Sasada, and I — went to Oyo, the hometown of the president's family, to meet H.E. Maurice Nguesso, chairman of the Chamber of Commerce between France and Congo and the elder brother of Head of the State. Gen. Blaise Adoua, Chairman of UPF-Congo, arranged the flight for us.

After meeting with the delegation, H.E. Maurice Nguesso went with us to meet President Denis Sassou Nguesso. The President welcomed us at his private house, and in a homey atmosphere we shared with him about the heart and philosophy of UPF Founder Dr. Sun Myung Moon. I expressed our deep appreciation for his support for UPF activities as well as his own effort and commitment to the cause of peace. We conversed for more than ten minutes, during which time he expressed his full support for activities.
