Moscow, Russia—A deputy of the Vladivostok City Council was interviewed online about his work with socially vulnerable citizens.

The live broadcast took place on May 30, 2020. Dmitry Samko, the secretary general of UPF-Moscow, conducted the interview with Artyom Moiseyenko, who is also an Ambassador for Peace.

During the meeting we discussed various aspects of helping socially vulnerable citizens in conditions of self-isolation, and the work and interaction of government, businesses and public organizations.

We also discussed further prospects for developing an accessible environment in Russia for people with disabilities. The discussion touched upon a 2018 Peace Road project, organized by UPF, in which wheelchair user Alexei Kostyuchenko traveled throughout Russia on a hand-bike, from Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea to Vladivostok on the Pacific Ocean.

For many years, Artyom Moiseyenko has been managing the Ark, a Far Eastern interregional organization of disabled people. He is actively managing his pages on social networks, often responding to the requests and problems of ordinary people.
