Cleaning up a School after Hurricane Tomas in St. Lucia
Anse-la-Raye, St. Lucia -Three days after the passage of Hurricane Tomas on Oct. 29, 2010, 15 volunteers from the USA and Canada arrived in St. Lucia for three weeks of service projects, including cleaning up storm damage at the Anse-la-Raye primary school.

UPF-Mongolia Expands Educational Programs
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia - Administrators from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology asked UPF-Mongolia to arrange a visit to Seoul National University in Korea, which took place November 11-18. This request grew out of the participation of Mongolians in eight recent international leadership seminars with their counterparts in Asian nations.

UPF Founder Says Peace Is Close Despite Renewed Tensions on Korean Peninsula
New York, USA - Despite the sudden outbreak of renewed hostilities between the two Koreas, UPF Founder Rev. Dr. Sun Myung Moon has reiterated his firm belief that a new era of lasting peace is close at hand. His confident prediction came at the conclusion of the UPF World Assembly 2010, which drew a crowd of over 3,000 at the Manhattan Center in New York on November 22.
