London, UK - His Holiness Brahmrishi Shree Kumar Swamiji was presented with an Ambassador for Peace certificate by the Universal Peace Federation-UK on November 15. The Hindu leader was on a visit to the UK during the UK's Interfaith Week.

Tbilisi, Georgia - The Week of Family Values was held in Tbilisi, Georgia, November 4-13. Programs took place at High School No. 136 in Tbilisi, the Georgia Human Rights Ombudsman's office, and the Foundation for the Development of Human Resources.

Kathmandu, Nepal - In a nationwide broadcast by Himalaya Television, UPF-Nepal hosted an interactive discussion that focused on the importance of marriage and family for lasting peace and social development. The program was filmed at UPF’s Peace Embassy in the capital, Kathmandu, and broadcast on November 9.

Washington, DC, USA - On a beautiful autumn day, UPF's DC Office presented Japanese tea ceremonies for invited guests from the Washington diplomatic community, friends of UPF, and Ambassadors for Peace. Two tea ceremonies, with an accompanying afternoon lunch and evening dinner, were held on November 10 at the UPF Peace Embassy.

Valletta, Malta - "A New Vision for Cooperation Between Europe and Africa and The Culture of Peace" was the theme of a conference of in the Presidential Palace of Malta on November 5. Political, diplomatic, economic, and religious experts from both continents assessed the Arab Spring revolutions, economic relations, gender equality, development, and aid effectiveness.

Zelenograd, Russia - As part of the local annual festival “We are different and we feel this is our treasure; we are together and therefore powerful,” an exhibit of photos of South Korea opened on October 31 in the main hall of the museum of school No. 1923 in Zelenograd, near Moscow. The exhibit, “Korea in photos,” was part of the school's Festival of Friendship, a day dedicated to the "Land of Morning Calm," as Korea is known.

Kiev, Ukraine - Two significant events were held in Kiev October 20 and 24: the annual UPF conference commemorating Dr. Sun Myung Moon’s 2005 visit to Ukraine and the 60th anniversary of the Ukrainian Peace Council, headed by the first president of Ukraine, Leonid Kravchuk.
