Dr John Bellavance has a PhD in values education from Monash University, focusing on moral psychology and the use of technology. John is an Information Technology educator, writer and public speaker. He is also the Oceania Coordinator, International Association of Academicians for Peace and National Vice- President of UPF Australia

Prof. N. Radhakrishnan, Chairman: Indian Council of Gandhian Studies (New Delhi), Founder: Gandhi Media Foundation & General Convener: Gandhi Peace Mission 2015.

Prof. Neelakanta Radhakrishnan sums up his extraordinarily eventful life and achievements: "A rare combination of intellectualism and activism, Prof. Radhakrishnan has distinguished in several fields. As an educator, administrator, founder of several educational institutions, author of over forty books, journalist, trainer of youth in nonviolence, theatre expert, actor, human right activist and researcher of folk arts, Prof. Radhakrishnan is an important source of inspiration to a number of innovative initiatives all over the world, especially in the field of training in nonviolence.
 

 

Molly Harriss Olson CEO of Fairtrade Australia & New Zealand is widely recognised for her leadership on sustainable business and development; a passion that spans more than three decades. Molly has convened, led and been a member of numerous boards, business leadership and sustainability initiatives, including The World Economic Forum’s Global Leaders of Tomorrow. She served nearly six years on the Board of Fairtrade International and as Chair for the final two. In 2020 Molly accepted the Yale School of Environment’s Distinguished Alumna Award. In 2014 she won The Australian Financial Review and Westpac 100 Women of Influence Award. Molly worked at the White House as the founding Executive Director of the President’s Council on Sustainable Development, appointed by President Clinton in 1993.

Topic: ‘Centering’ Journey to Inner Peace- An Unprecedented Opportunity

Linda Young has a Bachelor of Teaching, Bachelor of Education, Bachelor of Theology, Graduate Diploma in Supervision, and Master of Arts in Spiritual Direction. Linda has served as a minister for the past 18 years. She has a particular passion for spiritual direction, as well as music and has authored a children’s music book and co-authored books on spirituality.

Topic: The Role of Multifaceted Variables in Universal Peace”

Dr Shahid Yamin, Executive Chairman and co founder of Global Opportunities Commercialisation (GOC) he has developed the concept of “Smart Institute” for developing appropriate technology base entrepreneurs in poorer region of the world. GOC executive team strongly believe, that social and economic empowerment are the drivers of peace in the world community. Self-help raises the self-esteem of individuals which than become a creative asset of the community. It gives humanity, a purpose to live and grow. His career spans over forty years in multiple countries and industry. He has diverse experience in academia, industry, and consulting in Australia, S.E Asia, Europe, South Asia, Middle East and MENA region. He is also an Ambassador for Peace with UPF.

Family Federation for World Peace and Unification is comprised of families from around the world striving to establish a world of peace and unity among all peoples, races and religions as envisioned by Rev. and Mrs. Sun Myung Moon and to embody the ideal of true love, which is to live for the sake of others. FFWPU champions three ideals: family, peace, and unification.
The Center for Global Nonkilling - Imagine a world in which humans no longer kill each other. Is a nonkilling world possible? Amidst continued killing following the violent 20th century, the Center for Global Nonkilling arises out of new understanding that a killing- free world is possible. It is possible for humans to stop killing each other from homicide to genocide, terrorism and mass murder in war. A killing-free world is a measurable goal. The methods and means of realization are open to infinite human creativity.
