Social Value Investing (SVI) provides a new approach to tackling some of the world’s most difficult and intractable problems. In this second presentation in the series, Dr. William Eimicke will present an overview of his five-point management framework for developing and measuring the success of such programs.

Steven Oyer Steve Oyer is the CEO of i(x) investments a company founded to apply these principles.  in an investment strategy designed to generate ‘profit with purpose’ by investing in critical areas of human need in a multi-strategy approach throughout the entire capital structure. It is an approach designed to create real measurable benefits in society. Join us to find out how to put capital investments to work in a powerful way.

Dr. Yong Shi and Dr. Tang Min have taken the principles of SVI and applied them to the unique situation in China. They will explore the ways that philanthropy in China is being used to promote the betterment of society through considered investment programs in self-sustaining business initiatives.
