AMBASSADORS FOR PEACE SEMINAR ON INDUSTRIAL PEACE INITIATIVE

UPF-Nigeria is pleased to announce the convening of the Ambassadors for Peace Seminar on Industrial Peace Initiative to bring together stakeholders in the industrial sector to deliberate on ways of ensuring industrial peace and harmony in Nigeria. The seminar will attract industrialists, employers and employees as well as management and staff of companies involved in the production and distribution of goods and services.

During the seminar, UPF-Nigeria will launch the Industrial Peace Initiative to inspire stakeholders with the UPF vision for peace and how the peace principles can be applied in strengthening industrial relations for sustainable peace and harmony in view of the many challenges facing the nation’s economy. Various stakeholders in the industrial sector will be inspired to work cooperatively for peace and create the needed environment for peace in the nation through the effective development and utilization of resources.

At the closing session of the seminar, some distinguished personalities in the industrial sector shall be presented with the UPF Ambassadors for Peace certificate in recognition of their efforts and as a mandate to work for peace and harmony in the industries.
