Gurung, Former Minister of the Government of Sikkim and Chair of UPF-Sikkim; Mrs. R. Ongmu Bhutia, Chair of the State Women's Commission of the Government of of Sikkim; and Dr. S.G. Tashi, Registrar Principal of ICFAI College.
