Seminar in Tirana on the Mission and Duties of Ambassadors for Peace Print E-mail

Tirana, Albania - On April 3, a one-day seminar on the “Mission and Duties of Ambassadors for Peace” was held at the Peace Embassy in Tirana. Fifteen Ambassadors for Peace and guests attended. The seminar was initiated and organized by Tirana’s Peace Council.

The purpose was to provide for Ambassadors for Peace a deeper understanding of the vision of the founder of the Universal Peace Federation and promote the ideal of “One Family Under God” through practicing the principles of Ambassadors for Peace.

Mr. Gani Rroshi, a member of the UPF Presiding Council, spoke about Peace Principles and how they can be applied; he described universal values and the basic common principles around which all people can unite.

Mr. Bajram Ibraj, Chairman of Tirana’s Peace Council, spoke about the mission of Ambassadors for Peace. His lecture was well presented and clarified the tasks of Ambassadors for Peace by focusing on eight principles for “Ambassadors for Peace.”

At the end of the seminar, six new Ambassadors for Peace were appointed. Most of them were the spouses of Ambassadors for Peace. The appointees expressed their gratitude for the appointment.
