Asuncion, Paraguay - UPF-Paraguay organized a celebration of the International Day of Friendship, July 30, with the founder of the day, Dr. Artemio Bracho, as the featured speaker. As a result of his efforts of 54 years, the UN General Assembly passed a resolution on May 3, 2011 establishing this international day.
