New York, USA - UPF chapters joined a peace campaign leading up to the first World Interfaith Harmony Week, the first week of February 2011. Events focused on one or more of the following areas:

• Interfaith dialogue and understanding
• Promoting an interreligious council at the United Nations
• Humanitarian relief
• Conflict prevention
• Strengthening marriage and family

The Universal Peace Federation's International Leadership Conference held in February 2011 in Seoul, Korea, featured sessions on February 7 in honor of World Interfaith Harmony Week.
