The Universal Peace Federation (UPF) is a global network of individuals and
organizations dedicated to building a world of peace centered on universal
spiritual and moral values.
The cause of peace is a very great cause; it is the cause of God. Abdu’l-Bahá
One of UPF's core principles is living for the sake of others. Experiential-learning programs can lead to mutual understanding and respect as participants work together to meet community needs and gain a sense of being part of one large human family.
Goals: Transcend boundaries through selfless service, cultivate character and spirituality, and promote sustainable development
Methods: Organize service-learning experiences, offer humanitarian aid, and build partnerships with NGOs, religious groups, and governments.

Projects offer service-learning opportunities with a special focus on developing personal leadership and peacemaking skills. Through living together and providing altruistic service within a community, participants demonstrate that it is possible for our global human family to come together in peace for our mutual well being.
