The Social Implications of Advanced Technology for Preserving the Environment and Culture

Hurtak describes technological and analytical tools available to assess damage or potential for damage in both urban and rural environmental areas of the world. He points out that approximately 50 percent of the world’s population now live in cities and that in the last 20 years the earth has lost approximately 500 billion acres of forest. He calls upon NGOs to be “leaders in the increasingly urgent task of addressing the serious deterioration of the global habitat.”
