Kingston & Portland, Jamaica - Ms. Georgia Pearson and members of the Portland, Jamaica Religious Youth Service club took part in an international service program in cooperation with youth from the Special Task Force-USA November 1-22. Local club members joined the international team as they worked in Kingston, the capital, and Portland, on the northeast coast.

The Committee of Religious NGOs at the United Nations hosted an Interfaith Breakfast on February 3 to help launch World Interfaith Harmony Week. Monica Willard, President of the Committee of Religious NGOs, saw the Week as an excellent project for RNGOs to demonstrate their commitment to interfaith solidarity and support of the goals of the United Nations.
