Bogota, Colombia - With deep gratitude to the Creator of the universe and with great joy I report that the Hebraic Theological Seminary in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, has given me the title of Doctor of Theology, specializing in the field of Hebrew-Christian Doctrine.

I spent a year and a half ahead duing doctoral studies at a distance. As the Chief Rabbi of Colombia, Alfredo Goldschmidt, said, I broke my back working on this and submitting two theses.

Blessed be HaShem who has allowed me to complete this goal. Having achieved this goal, I hope to continue to Israel in America and of all mankind more effectively, so that all become one family under God.
