The Friendship Americas Foundation offers an exciting opportunity this summer to make a tangible difference to a community in need in Ecuador. Volunteers will work with people in Limon Indanza to build a cultural center that will also house workshops, classes, and a market. Thanks to the contributions of a few generous supporters, the cost is being reduced by over $200 per participant and an extra day has been added to the adventure; the dates of the project are now July 5–18.

The program included a presentation about Africa and a speech by Mr. René Ortiz, Honorary Consul of the Republic of South Africa to Ecuador.
